Shipping times

In Europe, orders usually ship in 3 to 6 working days.

Please note that we are not responsible for any typing errors or incomplete data in your delivery address, making it impossible to deliver your order. We can redirect your package to you if you pay the shipping costs.

Delay in delivery

In case of late delivery, please check if your package was dropped off at a neighbour’s house or at your local post office. If this is not the case, contact us at [email protected].

An investigation will be opened with the carrier to locate your package. Please note that it takes up to 21 working days to get a return from the carrier. If during this period, your package is found, it will be shipped to your delivery address. After 21 days, the package will be considered lost.

Delivery of your order

Upon delivery, we recommend that you check the condition of the products you ordered. 

To report a problem, please contact customer service at [email protected] within 3 business days of receiving your package. 

Customs and entry taxes in your country

If you have ordered from a country outside the European Union, the costs related to customs fees and taxes will be charged to you by the authorities in your country.


Our products are guaranteed against defects with the stitching or trimmings for 12 months following the date of purchase.

Refund request

First, please contact customer service at [email protected] to confirm that a refund can be issued. 

Returned items must not have been used and must be in good condition. They must be returned to us at your expense in their original packaging to the following address:
